RZ anti-glare USB-C bike headlights
Five USB-C rechargeable bike headlights, from 500 to 2500 lumens, for wholesale and private label. All five have a semi-cutoff beam that keeps light on the road and out of oncoming riders’ and drivers’ eyes, and a PowerBar display that shows the hours of light left. RZ 900, RZ 1500 and DB 2500 have a replaceable battery that opens with a coin.

Questions buyers ask
What is the semi-cutoff beam?
All five RZ models have a lens that gives the beam a flat upper edge, like a car’s dipped headlight. Light lands on the road ahead instead of at eye level, so oncoming people are not dazzled. DB 2500 adds a second lens: a spot for distance and a flood for the edges of the road.
Which models should a range include?
RZ 500 and RZ 900 suit lit city streets. RZ 1200 suits roads that are lit in parts. RZ 1500 and DB 2500 suit dark roads, fast riding and long rides. All five share the PowerBar display, eight modes and IPX5 rating.
Which models have a replaceable battery?
RZ 900, RZ 1500 and DB 2500. The battery cap opens with a coin, so riders can swap in a charged battery without tools. These three models meet the removable and replaceable battery requirements of the EU Battery Regulation (EU) 2023/1542, which apply from 18 February 2027. RZ 500 and RZ 1200 have a built-in battery.
What is the PowerBar display?
Four marks on top of the light show the hours of light left in the mode in use: 3, 2, 1 and 0.5 hours. While charging, they show 25, 50, 75 and 100%.
Can I sell RZ under my own brand?
Yes. We supply any model as OEM with your logo and packaging, or develop a new version as ODM.
Can I get samples?

What documents can you provide for shipping?
CE and EMC, plus the battery’s UN38.3 test report, safety data sheet and sea and air transport reports, all available on request.
Is RZ StVZO approved?
Not yet. RZ is not StVZO certified, so it is not approved for road use in Germany.
